We took the shuttle bus from Bocas Del Toro to Boquete yesterday. The trip was long but managed well by this company. The communication was on point but it was a HARD RIDE. Long. Across a mountain range. You can do it and my kids who are 7 and 10 did it but it was long and trying. I had looked into this as one of the only transfer options between Bocas and Boquete and it may in fact be the only option. It was a smaller tourist style bus with 18 total passengers. The luggage went on top and was covered by a tarp. The driver did an excellent job on a difficult two lane mountain road. In many places the road was washed out and you had to slow to a snails pace. I really had no idea what to expect on this transfer so I hope these details help a future traveler. There was a possible issue on the drive and they alerted us the night before. Thankfully it was resolved but the communication was on point throughout. Not sure if we'd choose to take that route again but it was worth it when we arrived in Boquete and had the stunning views of Volcan Baru.

We took the shuttle from Boquete to Bocas today. Amazing travel guides. They even arranged for a taxi to pick me up at my resort which isn't easy to do. As said before, communication was fantastic, receptionist and drivers were the best. Won't hesitate to use them again and again.

The shuttle from Bocas to Boquete left on time, the ferry journey was completed in 40 minutes and the minibus was waiting on the dock. Bus in good condition and comfortable. Driver negotiated steep winding road through mist and cloud with care and still arrived on time. Only downside was having my case grabbed without asking on the dock by someone whom I assumed to be a staff member, wheeled all of 10 yards and put on the van. They then demanded a tip.

Very convenient to travel across Panama and avoid the hassle of numerous local bus transfers. I used it twice, from Santa Catalina to Boquete and from Boquete to Bocas del Toro: it always went smooth, the drivers were particularly cautious, and dropped me each time in front of my hotel door. Note however that the Bocas del Toro > San José service is not operated by Hello Travel Panama but by "Caribe Shuttle" (they share the website), and this route is actually proposed by many other companies in Bocas, for a way cheaper price (I wish I had known before).

The journey in total took 6 hours from arriving at the pickup point to landing in Bocas. No communication about stops, there is 1 15 minute stop. The bus was comfortable.
