Super organized and takes cards! They were referred to me by Conozca Panama tour guides in Panama City as I made a last minute request the afternoon before to be connected with a tour guide in Chiriqui that could do a tour the very next morning. Beyond Adventure Tours came through for us and collected all the info needed for our permits (me, husband, teen daughter) via WhatsApp (the lifeblood of locally owned businesses all across Panama) and picked us up, or driver was Spanish speaking only but the other route guide we connected with for the small hike near the top some English and turned out to be another West Indian like myself! He's from Trinidad & Tobago, I'm from Jamaica. Definitely bring COLD weather gear for this trip and prepare for a brutal 4x4 ride up! I swear I levitated off the seat a few times but it's also part of the fun and my guide played great music along the way existing new to what's hot in Panama at the moment music-wise. I had to record some of it. They served a lovely local breakfast with excellent hot chocolate for me and daughter and coffee for husband and had little seats and the cutest wooden containers for the breakfast packages. There were so many trees and flowers i wish i knew the name of on the way up and down and the view at sunrise from the top of the volcano itself is of course GLORIOUS! The views from the top and on the way down make you believe there is a God. Totally worth it and I definitely recommend this company 100%! There is a small soldier barracks at the top where you can use the bathroom but it's limited access meant for the soldier so you'll be walking through his bunk bed area to use the bathroom if female and the men will have to rough it outside. Best not to eat anything before the ride up and don't overeat or overdrink before the ride down either cause it's the same adventure down as it is to get up there lol! One of the most memorable parts of our wedding anniversary trip, felt on top of the world and customer service was great from start to finish! ????????
Beyond Adventure Tours is the best experience I had while in Panama! The tour guides that were provided went above and beyond to meet the needs of my friends and I during our stay. Jorge, our tour guide for both the Pipeline Tour and The Lost Waterfall tour was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Truly a master of his craft. During the Lost Waterfall Tour we were able to not only hear Howler Monkeys but he was able to catch a couple lizards for us on the way. Jorge is fantastic!!! Now onto the Island Tour, we were able to join Rolando (Who is the owner of Beyond Adventures) and I can't say anything besides he is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We were able to catch and eat fish, lobsters and even see humpback whales! I definitely will book with them again :)

We did 2 tours with this outfit in Boquete, Panama, with John, who has been doing these tours for 18 years. He was the best at finding things you would never see yourself without his lazer sharp eye, and pointer. We saw the rarest butterfly in the world, the smallest orchid you can see with the naked eye, and the Quetzal! He was also the one to take us on a 4X4 roadtrip up Volcano Baru in the early morning hours to see the sunrise from the only place you can see both the Carribean and the Pacific at once. THAT was a bumpy ride! He is extremely kind also- he picked out a hiker going up the volcano who was hypothermic, had her sit in our warm vehicle, gave her hot chocolate and his own sandwich; then on the way down we picked up another hiker who was by herself and injured to give her a ride down. John was top-notch on both adventures. Highly recommended
