We did the canopy hanging bridge tour and loved it. It's important to note that this is a hike with quite a bit of uphill walking. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered our questions. It is now the "off-season" and we only had 5 people in our tour. Very personalized. They also picked us up from our hotel in Boquete. They have a nice restaurant where we got a late breakfast after our hike. The Panameño breakfast was our favorite. If we had stayed longer, we would have done another tour with them.

We did not stay at the resort but we had an amazing experience zip lining. The team that runs it was very helpful, confident and we did the entire zip line tour in the rain and everything went smoothly. Even the drive to or from was beautiful. The entire experience was both thrilling and felt pretty safe. I would totally recommend that if you're in Boquete and looking for activities.

Booked through the Boquete office for zip line and the canopy walk. Have to meet 15mins prior to discharge to sign waiver forms and pay the final amount. You then get on a converted bus (comfy enough) for a 20min journey up to the start/hotel. Lovely scenery on the way up. Zip line: Safety brief, put the kit on and then you have another 5 minute journey via the bus and a 5 minute walk to the start of the zip line (would recommend walking shoes). Then you start a fun shrieking, super fast descent through the cloud forest at about 85 kph. So much fun, loved the views and the speed. The guides were great at making everyone feel comfortable and would point out local fauna and flora. 10/10 need to do if you're in the local area. Canopy walk: as soon as you are at the start, you walk about 10 minutes uphill where you reach the first canopy bridge. Our guide was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable and giving us local knowledge of the fauna and flora. The bridges were super fun, swaying slightly but not scary. Beautiful views above the cloud forest. Route was 2.6km, which we did in 1.5hr. Had coffee and some food at the restaurant, not bad a little expensive, but a captive audience, it's to be expected.

Great property/hotel high up in the mountains. Peaceful setting. We stayed in rustic but comfortable family cabin. Several tours and activities offered on the property. Decent restaurant and food. Great staff and costumer service

Our guide Luis chased us through the forest without concerns for slower people and without explaining about nature etc. Very disappointing. Other guides are much more knowledgeable and take their time to also accommodate the elderly, slower guests. This was my 2nd visit and the first was much more enjoyable due to a different guide.
